Jacque Lueken (Director) received her BFA in Acting from Syracuse University where she made her directing debut with Aaron Sorkin's Hidden in this Picture. Immediately following graduation, she was hired as the Assistant Coordinator at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre Co. for their summer acting intensive, The School at Steppenwolf. Here she was the Assistant to the Director for The School's premiere show, Until We Find Each Other, produced in their Garage Theater, and Assistant Director under Austin Pendelton for Frankie and Johnny on their Mainstage. Recently, Jacque has acted and directed dinner theater with Mystery Ltd., worked as the Educational Assistant at Victory Gardens Theatre in Chicago and is currently a resident teaching artist with Emerald City Theatre Company. Not limited to roles behind the scenes, Jacque's favorite acting roles include Cassie in Rumors, Truvy in Steel Magnolias and anything improv (including stints as Rita Remmington in Six Flag Great America's Southwest Territory Improv Troupe and J-Lu who was featured in Broken Compass Players: 2002).
